The customer contacted us due to a suspected slab leak from a pipe under the foundation, as well as a leaking water heater that was causing water to run down the wall and damage the entryway to the home's garage.

Solutions provided:

We performed an in-depth inspection to locate and confirm the slab leak and assess the extent of the water damage. Our team coordinated plumbing repairs for the underground pipe and addressed the water heater leak. We then mitigated the water damage by extracting moisture, drying affected areas, and repairing damage to the garage entryway. All impacted materials were documented for insurance, and a full restoration plan was initiated to ensure the property was safely and properly restored.
