Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us after discovering water on the floor of the garage and in the adjacent laundry room. The issue appeared to originate from a defective washing machine, with visible damage to the wall shared between the garage and utility room.

Solutions provided:

We performed an initial inspection to assess and document the water damage. Our team identified moisture intrusion in the shared wall between the garage and laundry room and noted possible damage to the upper portion of the garage wall (UPP). Since the customer has a home warranty covering appliances, they opted to address the appliance issue separately. This visit was documented as a report-only inspection, with detailed notes on visible damage and recommendations for follow-up water mitigation if needed.
